02 — Mapping Your Neural Patterns The TESAR model — a five-component framework for mapping the exact architecture of your patterns: Trigger, Early Signal, Story, Action, Result. You'll complete your own TESAR Map and Body Map, identifying the entry points where real change can begin.
03 — The Attention Training Protocol Attention is the master tool for neural change. Why mindfulness (properly understood, neurologically) is one of the most powerful tools we have. The Breath Anchor guided practice. The STOP Practice — a micro-version you can use anywhere, any time.
04 — Rewiring Emotional Responses The core module. How emotional memories are wired — and how they can be genuinely updated through the reconsolidation window. The five-stage Working with the Window practice. Specific guidance for anxiety, self-criticism, avoidance, and grief.
05 — Building New Patterns The neuroscience of habit formation and identity change. The New Pattern Blueprint — a five-component template for building the specific neural pathway you want. Implementation intentions, self-efficacy, and the Weekly Integration Practice.
06 — Your Ongoing Brain Training Plan Full programme synthesis. Your three-tier plan: Daily, Weekly, and Seasonal practices. A personalised Brain Training Plan you'll use long after the programme ends.
